CodeSmith Standard Edition - $99, w/ Premier Support - $149
The Standard Edition provides basic template execution via the CodeSmith Explorer GUI and console clients. It can be used to execute custom templates as well. The Standard edition is perfect for simple code generation requirements.
CodeSmith Professional Edition - $399, w/ Premier Support - $499
The Professional Edition adds to the Standard edition features and includes the CodeSmith Studio template IDE, batch code generation, template caching, Visual Studio integration, ActiveSnippets, the ability to use the CodeSmith API in custom internal applications, and merging support. From small to large complex code generation scenarios CodeSmith Professional is the perfect tool.

The CodeSmith Site License provides unlimited use for up to 50 developers at one physical location.
Premier Support
Premier Support is available at $99/user/year for CodeSmith Professional and $49/user/year for CodeSmith Standard. Premier Support entitles you to free major and minor upgrades plus access to technical support help from the CodeSmith support staff with a guaranteed response time of 2 business days. Our policy is that you must have a Premier Support subscription for all your users in order to get the benefits.
CodeSmith Upgrades
CodeSmith Standard and Professional 4.x customers who purchased the product on or after June 18th, 2008 are eligible for a free upgrade to the equivalent CodeSmith 5.x version. Customers who purchased before that date can upgrade to the current version of CodeSmith Standard for $25 and CodeSmith Professional for $99.
